Families don’t choose a community. They choose the people who understood them first.

“Dad can’t live alone anymore, and he swears he’ll never go to ‘a home.’ He still spends every day in his garage, building things.” Your Agent Concierge answers her agent, and she approves a tour request. It comes to your community alone, with the woodshop in her words.

Pay per tour request. Never per move-in.

You already know what a move-in costs from each source. Here is the agent channel beside the ones you pay.

Your best sales counselor, working the agents.

The search for a community usually starts with an adult child doing research at night. Their agent does the first round of that research now, and your Agent Concierge is there for it.

What it knows

Your care levels and licence, with proof

The levels of care you offer, your state licensure with a link to the record, how pricing works, the payment options you accept and what a tour includes — every claim carrying the source an agent can check.

What it offers next

The question a family should ask

Every answer ends with the next useful question, so a family arrives at the tour knowing what they came to find out.

What it can do

Request a tour, or ask for a call

Request a tour, ask for a callback, check whether the level of care is one you offer, or pull what to bring. The family confirms on your branded card, or their own agent completes the request with their go-ahead.

Their agent asks for the family. Yours answers.

A back-and-forth that respects how personal this decision is. Your Agent Concierge asks only for the level of care being sought, and never for age or health.

  1. I am helping a family find assisted living near Alpharetta for a parent. They would like to tour this month. How does pricing work, and do you accept long-term-care insurance?

    called check_fit

  2. Assisted living is offered here, and the community is licensed by the state. Pricing depends on the apartment and the level of care, which is why a tour includes a conversation with the care team. Long-term-care insurance is accepted.

  3. What should they bring, and can they see an apartment on the tour?

    called get_prep_checklist

  4. Yes — tours include a model apartment, and they are welcome to stay for a meal. Bring questions about daily routines and care for the conversation with the care team. Nothing about health is recorded here; I only need the level of care they are looking for.

    Worth asking next

  5. Please request an in-person tour for them. Thursday afternoon suits the family best.

  6. Their agent, with their go-ahead

Here are their name and number. They agreed to be contacted about the tour.

Care level is the service you are looking for. The community's own assessment decides admission.

Nothing reaches you without their go-ahead, and every tour request says how it was given. The tour time is agreed as a second step.

  7. What you receive

The tour request reaches your sales counselor with the family's own words, the care level, the timing, how they said yes and what their agent asked first. Nothing about the resident's age or health is recorded.

What your sales counselor gets.

The tour request arrives with the family's own words, the care level and timing, and how they said yes. Your sales counselor sees what matters most to the family, how soon they need a place and what their agent asked first, so the most urgent families hear back first.

The request they confirmed on your page

A tour always takes a second step to pick the time, so the request carries their preferred window until one is agreed.

Measure it like a channel. Grow it like your best one.

When their agent acts from its own servers, your analytics never see the visit. Your workspace shows every tour request an agent sent, where each conversation stopped and what each became, so you can set the channel’s cost per move-in beside a placement fee.

  • Any agent conversation, step by step: which of your tools it used, the care level and timing it chose, and how far it got
  • Which agent surface each tour request came from
  • What each tour request became, recorded from your inbox or by asking your own Claude

From a family's question to a tour request.

Every step runs on your own site, under your own name.

  1. It briefs itself first

The agent reads your care levels, licensure, pricing guidance and payment options before it asks anything, each fact linked to its source.

    Read
  2. Fit, answered honestly

The agent learns whether the level of care is one you offer. A family looking for care you do not provide is told so, early, and you are never billed for it.

    Check
  3. Only what the tour needs

The agent fills the care level, timing and payment type from the conversation. There is no field for age, disability or family status, and none can be added.

    Ask
  4. Their go-ahead, on the record

The family confirms on a card in your page, or their own agent completes the request with their details and their go-ahead. Every tour request records which, and only the person's own tick opts them into your marketing.

    Approve
  5. The request, then the time

The tour request arrives by email and in your Leads inbox with what their agent asked first. A tour always takes a second step to pick the time.

    Deliver

The tools an agent is offered on your site.

Registered on your own pages, so an agent researching communities can request a tour with you instead of dead-ending on a contact form.

  • Read-only lookups an agent can call freely, and request tools that send nothing without the family's go-ahead
  • Care level is a menu choice — the service sought — never a condition
  • Payment type is coarse, and never income
  • A request with three of twelve fields is still delivered, so nothing is lost to a strict form

AI agents are your newest source of tours. Make them your best.

of US adults used an AI tool for local business recommendations in the past year, up from 6% the year before. BrightLocal, Local Consumer Review Survey 2026
  • They arrive ready to talk.

Their agent can check that you offer the care the family needs before it asks for a tour, and nothing reaches you without their go-ahead to be contacted.

  • You know them before you call.

The care level, the timing and the payment type come with the request, so the most urgent families hear back first.

  • You can grow it.

See which tour requests an agent sent, where each conversation stopped and what each tour became, and grow it like any other source of move-ins.

Pay per tour request.

$175 per tour request that reaches you. No monthly fee.

No setup fee, no placement fee and nothing to pay while agents are only researching you. Answers, conversations and care levels you don’t offer are never billed, a repeat request from the same family within 30 days counts once, and you set a monthly cap.

Questions

Asked and answered.

Is this a chat widget?

No. A chat widget talks to the family. This answers the AI agent the family sent to research communities, which wants facts it can check and a way to request a tour without a form built for a person.

Is this a placement agency?

No. The family's agent contacted you on your own site, so the tour request goes to your community alone. We never introduce a family to another community, never advise them on where to live, and never charge you on the move-in.

What do we pay for?

$175 for each tour request that reaches you, the same whatever it becomes, and no monthly fee. Answers, conversations and care levels you don't offer are never billed, a repeat request from the same family within 30 days counts once, and you set a monthly cap. Founding communities start with a free pilot.

How does it stay inside Fair Housing rules?

There is no field for age, disability, familial status or any other protected-class attribute, and the gate that refuses them runs when the pack is built, so one cannot be added by mistake. Care level is the service being sought, not a description of the resident.

Does it record anything about the resident's health?

No. It asks for the level of care being sought as a menu choice. A diagnosis or medical-history field is refused by the same gate, and the community's own assessment decides admission.

What does our sales counselor see before the first call?

The family's own words, the care level, timing and payment type, how they said yes, and what their agent asked first, with a link to replay the conversation in your dashboard. Nothing about the resident's age or health is recorded.

Which systems do you deliver into?

Every tour request arrives by email and in your Leads inbox. Adapters for Aline, WelcomeHome and ActiveDEMAND are built against each vendor's published API and are awaiting a sandbox run, so treat them as built rather than proven.

Can you get our community recommended by AI?

No one can promise which community an agent picks, and nothing here buys placement. When an agent uses your site’s tools, your Agent Concierge answers from what you publish, with proof where you have it, and takes the tour request.
