What happens if I go over 5,000 interactions on Launch?

Each additional interaction is billed at $0.02. You can also turn on a hard cap in /settings/billing to prevent any overage (Tier 2/3 intelligence pauses; base service continues). Around 12,500 interactions, Growth becomes cheaper — we show the math in your dashboard.

What happens if I go over 50,000 on Growth?

Each additional interaction is billed at $0.01. Optional hard cap is available in /settings/billing.

How do I downgrade?

Anytime via /settings/billing. The current billing period stays on your existing tier; the downgrade kicks in at the next cycle.

Is annual billing available?

Yes — 20% off versus monthly. Annual plans commit for the full year.

Do unused interactions roll over?

No — the bucket resets at the start of each billing period. Growth's PAYG overage model means you never hit a hard wall; Launch's overage is billed at $0.02/unit above 5,000.

Multi-store?

Launch includes 1 storefront. Growth includes up to 5 (for multi-brand DTC or small agencies). Larger agencies with 10+ brands should contact sales about Enterprise.
