Patients want to be understood before they walk in.
“I’m getting married June fourteenth, and both consultations I’ve had felt like a car dealership.” Your Agent Concierge answers her agent with your pricing and financing, and she approves a consultation request. It comes to your practice alone, with her goal and her date.
Less than a paid lead. Never shared.
You already judge every source by what a new patient costs. Here is the agent channel beside the ones you buy.

Paid-search figures are LocaliQ’s 2026 averages for physicians and surgeons and for dental, rounded. Our column is arithmetic on our price, not a patient result.
Your best patient coordinator, working the agents.
Elective care is researched for weeks before anyone calls. Much of that research now happens in an agent, and your Agent Concierge is there for it — without ever asking a clinical question.
Your credentials and pricing, with proof
The treatments you offer, board certification and licensure with a link to the record, published pricing guidance and the financing you accept — every claim carrying the source an agent can check.
The question worth asking before a consultation
Every answer ends with the next useful question, and a clinical question is answered the only honest way — at the consultation, by a clinician.
Take the consultation request
Request a consultation, ask for a callback, check whether the treatment is one you offer, or pull what to bring. Nothing reaches your practice without the patient's go-ahead.
Their agent asks. Yours answers, and knows where to stop.
A back-and-forth about goals, timing and cost. When a question needs an examination, your Agent Concierge says so and offers the consultation instead of guessing.

My person wants clear aligners and is free on Tuesday afternoons. What does treatment cost, and is financing available?

check_fit -
Clear aligner treatment is offered here, and first consultations are free. Cost depends on the case and is confirmed at the consultation; the practice publishes a typical range and offers monthly financing through a lender partner.

That is a clinical question, and the orthodontist answers it at the consultation after an examination — I cannot promise an outcome here. What I can do is take a consultation request for a Tuesday afternoon.

What you receive
The consultation request reaches your patient coordinator with the goal, the timing and financing interest. No symptom, diagnosis, medication or history field exists to collect.
Built for the system your front desk runs.
Consultation requests reach your inbox first, always. Each practice-system connector is built, and it requires a business associate agreement before it carries a practice's requests.
NexHealth
Built to pass the consultation request to your front desk to schedule. A business associate agreement is required before this connection goes live.
Zenoti
Built to pass the request to your team to schedule, with its goal and timing attached. A business associate agreement is required first.
Nextech
Built to pass the request in, and appointment outcomes can come back to close the loop. A business associate agreement is required first.
Measure it like a channel. Grow it like your best one.
Agent-sourced requests arrive looking like direct traffic unless something is watching. Your Leads inbox shows each consultation request an agent sent and what it became, so at one flat price per request your cost per new patient from the channel is a single division.

From the patient's question to a consultation request.
Every step runs on your own site, under your own name.
-
It briefs itself first
The agent reads your treatments, credentials, pricing guidance and financing before it asks anything, each fact linked to its source.
Read -
Fit, answered honestly
The agent learns whether the treatment is one you offer, and is never promised an outcome.
Check -
Goals and logistics only
The agent fills the goal, the timing and financing interest. No clinical field exists on the form, and the pack refuses to build if one is added.
Ask -
Their go-ahead, on the record
Nothing is sent without the patient's go-ahead, and every request records how it was given. Only the patient's own tick opts them into your marketing.
Confirm -
To your front desk
The consultation request reaches your inbox. Delivery into NexHealth, Zenoti or Nextech waits on a business associate agreement.
Deliver
The tools an agent is offered on your site.
Registered on your own pages, so an agent comparing practices can request a consultation with you instead of dead-ending on a contact form.
- Read-only lookups an agent can call freely, and request tools that send nothing without the patient's go-ahead
- Every field an agent can fill is tagged non-clinical and checked when the pack is built
- No outcome is promised — in the fine print, and in check_fit's answer
- A request with three of twelve fields is still delivered, so nothing is lost to a strict form

They arrive ready to talk.
Their agent can check your credentials, pricing and financing before it asks for a consultation, and nothing reaches you without the patient’s go-ahead to be contacted.
-
You know what they want.
The treatment goal, the timing and financing interest come with the request, so your coordinator’s first call starts with the treatment they want.

You can grow it.
See which consultation requests an agent sent and what each one became, and grow it like any other source of new patients.
Pay per consultation request.
$30 per consultation request that reaches you. No monthly fee.
No setup fee and nothing to pay while agents are only researching you. Answers, conversations and treatments you don’t offer are never billed, a repeat request from the same person within 30 days counts once, and you set a monthly cap.
Founding customers start with a free pilot.
How pricing works →Asked and answered.
Is this a chat widget?
No. A chat widget talks to the patient. This answers the AI agent the patient sent to compare practices, which wants facts it can check and a way to request a consultation without a form built for a person.
How many other practices get this consultation request?
None. Their agent made the request on your own site, so it goes to your practice alone. We never sell, share or route it anywhere else. The patient may still speak to other practices, as with any call you get.
What do we pay for?
$30 for each consultation request that reaches you, and no monthly fee. The price is set in advance and is the same whatever the request becomes: never a share of your fees, and never tied to whether the patient is seen or treated. Answers, conversations and treatments you don't offer are never billed, and you set a monthly cap. Founding practices start with a free pilot.
Does it collect health information?
Not in structured fields — no symptom, diagnosis, medication or history field can exist, and the pack refuses to build if one is added. The request carries goals, timing and financing interest; your practice collects health information through its own secure intake.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
We do not answer that with a yes on a web page. What is true is that the forms are built so a clinical field cannot exist, and health conversions never reach the shared network. Delivery into your practice system requires a business associate agreement, and we will walk through it with you on a call.
What happens when the agent asks a clinical question?
Your Agent Concierge says it is a clinical question for the consultation, never promises an outcome, and offers to take a consultation request. A clinician answers after an examination.
Which practice systems do you deliver into?
Every request arrives by email and in your Leads inbox. Adapters for NexHealth, Zenoti and Nextech are built against each vendor's published API and are awaiting a sandbox run, and each needs a business associate agreement before it carries a practice's requests.
Can you get our practice recommended by AI?
No one can promise which practice an agent picks, and nothing here buys placement. When an agent uses your site’s tools, your Agent Concierge answers from what you publish, with proof where you have it, and takes the consultation request.
