Contact details on request
Lead lists never carry contact details. A lead’s name, email and phone come back only when you open that one lead and ask for them.
Masked, kept a year, erased on request
Contact details in an agent’s question are masked when it is recorded. Conversations are kept a year by default, and an erasure request removes them.
