Listed on your terms, or not at all.
The provider index can publish your verified facts and your tools in formats any agent can read, as one more place it can find you. It is off until you switch it on, never ranks anyone, and has no listings yet.
What a listing carries.
Everything in it is something your own site already publishes.
| In a listing | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Name, services and what you refer out | Your published services facts |
| Service area and hours | Your verified facts |
| Credentials | Only those with a proof link and a verification date |
| Where your reviews live | A link to each source — never a score or the text |
| Your briefing, facts and tools | The same ones your own site publishes |
And what it never carries.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Unverified facts | Only facts you have verified are published. |
| Credentials without a proof | A credential needs a proof link and a verification date, or it is left out. |
| Review scores or text | The index links to where reviews live; it does not copy or score them. |
| Contact details | There is no phone or email field in a listing. An agent acts through your tools instead. |
| Anything from ServiceTitan | ServiceTitan’s terms forbid retaining or aggregating its data, so none of it is published. |
Alphabetical is the only order.
There is no paid placement, no featured label and no score.
Within a vertical, listings are ordered by business name, and nothing else moves them. What distinguishes one listing from another is what it can show: the credentials that carry a proof, the tools it offers and the area it serves.
One limit, said plainly: the index makes your verified facts easy for an agent to find. It does not decide which business an agent chooses, and nothing here buys placement.
Open formats, for any agent.
| Format | What an agent gets |
|---|---|
| MCP | Tools to find providers by vertical, fetch one, and list the verticals |
| llms.txt | A plain-text directory an agent can read in one fetch |
| JSON-LD feed | One structured feed per vertical |
| Sitemap and pages | An ordinary page per listing, for anything that crawls |
The index is deployed at index.inceptionagents.com, with no listings yet, so it is not open as a directory.
Listings appear as businesses opt in from their dashboard. Your own site stays the place an
agent acts: the index points it back to your /mcp.

Is this a directory that ranks businesses?
No. Within a vertical, listings are in alphabetical order by name, and that is the only order there is. There is no paid placement, no "featured" or "recommended" label and no score.
Is my business listed automatically?
No. A listing is off until you switch it on in your dashboard, and you can switch it off again at any time.
Does listing get my business chosen by an agent?
Nothing here guarantees that. The index makes your verified facts and tools easy for an agent to find in open formats; which businesses an agent chooses is up to the agent, and nothing here buys placement.
What does a listing include?
Your services, service area, hours, credentials that carry a proof, links to where your reviews live, and the same briefing and tools your own site offers. Never contact details, and never anything unverified.
Make sure your facts are worth listing first.
The audit shows which of your facts an agent can verify today, and which it cannot. It takes a URL.
